The Main Grandstand at Las Vegas Motor Speedway runs the length of the front straightaway on the tri-oval. Its sweeping curve allows fans to see the start/finish line, pit road operations, and cars diving into Turn 1 with excellent clarity.
This terrace is all about the high-speed entry into Turn 1. Fans can watch the field roar past the start/finish line and dive into the first corner, often three-wide, especially on restarts. You’ll also see cars jockey for position as they sweep through Turns 1 and 2 before heading down the backstretch.
The Petty Terrace sits higher up, which gives fans a panoramic look across the track. It’s an excellent spot for fans who love seeing how the race develops into the first turn, where bold moves and big moments often happen.
This is the heart of the Speedway. From here, you get the closest look at pit stops, driver introductions, pre-race concerts, and the all-important start/finish line. You’ll have a perfect angle for restarts and the checkered flag. The middle sections (2M, 2N, 2O, etc.) provide the most balanced view.
Being right in front of pit road means you’re in the thick of the action. If you want to see the strategy unfold live with every tire change and fuel stop, this is the place to be.
This terrace gives you the thrill of watching cars charge through Turn 4 at full throttle and line up for the sprint to the start/finish line. It’s one of the best spots to witness late-race drama and photo finishes, as drivers fight for every inch coming out of the final corner.
Like the Petty Terrace, the Earnhardt Terrace offers elevated, wide-angle views of the track. Fans here often enjoy a slightly calmer crowd compared to the busier main grandstand, while still having excellent sightlines of the most decisive part of the race.
